Can it open ISO files?
Yes. ISO 9660 and Joliet disc images open like any archive, so you can take single files out of them.
Can it open an .apk, .jar or .epub?
Yes. They are zip archives with another name, so you can browse them and take files out.
Is it safe to open an archive I do not trust here?
Nothing in the archive is run or opened: the page only lists names and sizes, and copies files out when you ask. Be as careful with the files you download as you would be anywhere else.
