Are my files uploaded?
No. The archive is built or opened by an engine that runs inside your browser tab. Your files stay on your device, and the page works without a connection after the first visit.
Will the zip be bigger than the RAR?
Often a little, because RAR compresses harder. Choose Best for the smallest zip, or convert to 7z instead.
Can I convert password-protected RAR files?
Not yet: encrypted RAR archives cannot be opened in the browser.
Can I convert comic .cbr files?
Yes. A .cbr is a RAR; the result is a zip, which you can rename to .cbz.
